Kathy Miller

Kathy is the President of The Fairfax Group. She has been in the training and consulting business for over 25 years. Kathy has worked with numerous major corporations over the years to provide programs related to selling skills, management development, team building, strategic planning, business strategies, and business finance. Her focus is working with organizations to identify and offer the best solutions to address their business challenges.  She has built a cadre of highly experienced and skilled consultants and facilitators to work with clients.

Brent Snow

Brent lives in New York. For the last 22 years he has specialized in using simulations to help managers be more effective. Brent got involved with the simulation, Tango, at its inception and has conducted more than 300 sessions for almost every type of industry. Brent is not only an excellent facilitator, but he is very knowledgeable on current business strategies, thinking, and trends. He has a Masters in Adult Learning. Brent is the President of Ten Thousand Feet, the company that designed both Interplay and Decision Mojo. Brent and his team have also designed many custom experiential workshops and simulations for companies like Key Bank, CaridianBCT, and UnitedHealth Group.

Jim Norris

Jim specializes in business and finance simulations and facilitates Tango, Enterprise, and Apples & Oranges. He has conducted these simulations for the past 20 years for corporations like Microsoft, Motorola, Oracle, and American Express. Jim lives in Georgia, is a CPA and also has an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a dynamic facilitator and really helps people understand the financial and operational results of their decisions. 

Martin Lanik, PhD

Martin is the President of Pinsight, a company that developed a suite of virtual leadership development simulations. Martin has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and for the last 10 years has consulted with many organizations to provide precise assessment data in their goal to make strategic business decisions about their key talent. Martin is a professor in the Master of Organizational Leadership program at Regis University and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He has authored numerous publications on assessment center research, methods, and effectiveness.

Sharon Collins

Sharon is a Senior Director at Celemi, an international designer of simulations. For the last 20 years, Sharon has been working with fortune 1000 companies designing and facilitating business simulations. She is an energetic and engaging facilitator and has extensive experience facilitating Apples & Oranges, Decision Base, Enterprise, and Tango. Sharon lives in North Carolina, has a BS from Northern Illinois University and a graduate certificate in Instructional Technology from UNCW.

Ann Martel

Ann is a business leader with a passion for delivering high-energy presentations and classes on the topics of finance and business acumen. She has more than 20 years of Fortune 500 Company and government contracting experience.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a CFO in the field of health care.  Ann is a visionary and has strategic analytical skills, which enable her to offer unique insights to clients.  She has extensive experience facilitating the Tango, Enterprise, and Apples & Oranges simulations.  Ann taught for many years at Marquette University in Milwaukee.  

James van der Westhuizen

James has been involved with training and consulting for over 25 years. During this time, James has been a Human Resources Manager, Organizational Development and Change consultant leading large scale projects for major public and private sector companies, and is an executive coach. He co-developed the new version of the Tango simulation and he has facilitated hundreds of these sessions around the globe.  He also facilitates the Enterprise business simulation.  He lives in South Africa and is a founding member and managing director of KnowHouse.
